Quick Release Buckle - Born from Necessity, Built for Speed
The Quick Release buckle or Firemans buckle was originally developed in the 19th centuy to enable the rapid deployment of rolled hoses, the Quick Release buckle has its roots in the aftermath of the "Great Fire of London" Firemen needed a fast reliable way to release their equipment in moments of urgency - and this buckle delivered.
Our supplier of the Quick Release buckle continue to use the same swift release mechanism. Based in England at a foundry dating back to the mid - 1800s, they proudly hold a Royal Warrant and continue to uphold the highest standards of British craftmanship, which ensures every buckle we use reflects the heritage, precision and durability that define our brand.
The design gained popularity beyond its original pupose and has become a much sought after item for belts due to its unique style and practicality.
